Full registration includes:

  • Welcome Reception on Sunday 15th November
  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • All technical visits to wine regions (Monday to Thursday)
  • Lunches, dinners and wine tastings (including Gala Dinner on Thursday 19th November)
  • Program booklet
  • Online access to Proceedings
  • Membership fee to Society of International Terroir Experts for 2 years (mid 2020 – mid 2022).

One Day Registration includes:

  • Participation in scientific sessions of your chosen day
  • Technical visits to the wine region of the day
  • Lunch, dinner and wine tastings of your chosen day
  • Program booklet
  • Online access to Proceedings.

 Student Registration includes:

  • Welcome Reception on Sunday 15th November

  • Online access to Proceedings

Accompanying Person Registration includes:

  • All technical visits to wine regions (Monday to Thursday)

Other information

Cancellations
Cancellations must be advised in writing or by confirmed email to the Conference Secretariat by 25th September 2020. Otherwise there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

All fees are in Australian Dollars and contain Australian GST. Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only) or EFT to:

All registrations will be acknowledged in writing. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the Secretariat to ensure that your details have been received.

We suggest you make a copy of this form for your own records. Registrations will only be acknowledged once payment has been received.

Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST—the ABN 14 568 939 746. Upon online payment you will receive a tax invoice.

Liability
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee and the Meeting Managers of the VIIIth International Terroir Congress accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

The Conference Organisers will accept no liability for personal injury/ies or medical expenses, or for loss/damage to property belonging to participants or accompanying persons, cancellations or industrial disputes etc either at the time of or as a result of the Conference or during all or any tours and events or their stay in South Australia. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own insurance cover for health and accident, lost luggage and travel cancellation/s. The program and registration information is correct at the time of printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.

Privacy
Personal information, as defined under the national privacy legislation, The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2001, will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles and only shared with related or third parties in accordance with those principles.
