Cancellations must be advised in writing or by confirmed email to the Conference Secretariat by 25th September 2020. Otherwise there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Meeting People Trust is registered for GST—the ABN 14 568 939 746. Upon online payment you will receive a tax invoice.
In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee and the Meeting Managers of the VIIIth International Terroir Congress accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
The Conference Organisers will accept no liability for personal injury/ies or medical expenses, or for loss/damage to property belonging to participants or accompanying persons, cancellations or industrial disputes etc either at the time of or as a result of the Conference or during all or any tours and events or their stay in South Australia. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own insurance cover for health and accident, lost luggage and travel cancellation/s. The program and registration information is correct at the time of printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
